Drew Reese - The Musician
In 1998, my professional music career began with the recording of my first demo as Andrew Reese Howells. By 2000, I released my debut album, "Next Door to Eden," and began navigating the challenges of an independent artist in the LDS market. During this time, I embraced a new identity as Drew Reese, reflecting my personal evolution and journey toward self-acceptance. Despite successes, my path shifted after being outed, leading me away from the LDS music scene. I transitioned into Christian ministry as a worship pastor until 2014, when I began deconstructing my faith. I decided to take a sabbatical from music, allowing the Drew Reese persona to rest for a season.
